On April 18, COJK attorney John Whitaker joined an esteemed group of panelists to present the program, “Trying Patent Cases – Tips and Tricks,” which was hosted by the Seattle Chapter of the IP Inn of Court. The panel, which included the Honorable Judge H. Chun of the Western District of Washington, Ian Crosby of Susman Godfrey, and Ramsey Al-Salam of Perkins Coie, discussed their experiences litigating and trying patent cases, explored best practices, and shared observations throughout their careers.
